Organizing Assessments

Matrix pursues a complimentary onsite Assessment of the project to learn about the Client's goals, challenges and overall themes in their personal space. Assessments provide vital information about your habits and tendencies around organizing. We also conduct thorough Site Visits for all Concierge Moving Projects. From this vantage point, we can strategize customized solutions.

Terms & Proposals

After the initial meeting, the Organizer will issue Terms paperwork and schedule the necessary sessions based on project scope. Highly detailed, volume-based or Concierge Moving projects will be clarified through Proposals.

How We Work

Hands-on work is done both one-on-one with the Client and/or independently, usually with crew and geared toward those who need support in getting through their projects.

Consultant-based work is ideal for Clients who are motivated to do the work or manage the project on their own. We are available if you need to learn or know... "how-to".

We are also expanding our service tier to include more Satellite Services that keep the Organizer on speed-dial to discuss, vision, and brainstorm your residential projects.

Organizer & Crew Scheduling

The Organizer and Crew schedule all sessions in 3-hour increment minimums called time blocks; any extended service time or portion of a time block is billed at the minimum rate. Crews are required for most Concierge & Satellite Moving Projects and these are billed on a weekly platform. Daily, weekly, and 24-Hour Support is available. Please inquire.

Retainer

All services are maintained via Retainer. Retainers are held in a secure Escrow Account and billed only as services are rendered.
